  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging..

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Hair extensions that have been used, installed, dyed, washed, cut, or otherwise altered.

If the product received has a clear manufacturing defect or does not match the ordered item:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
