General Return Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">To request a return, the customer must consider the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The maximum period to request a return is <span class=\"s1\"><b>7 calendar days<\/b><\/span> from the delivery date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The product must be in the same condition as received: <span class=\"s1\"><b>unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging.<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>3.
